1 Introduction & Applicability

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the e3bet platform and all its associated services. When you create an account, log in, or use any service on e3bet, you automatically accept these Terms.

e3bet is an online gaming and betting platform designed for users in Bangladesh. The platform offers live casino, slot machines, fishing games, and sports betting services.

2 Eligibility & Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

To register and use e3bet's services, you must be 21 years of age or older. It is each user's own responsibility to comply with the applicable age requirements in Bangladesh.

2.2 Registration Terms

• Each individual may create only one account.
• All information provided at registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete.
• If any information changes, e3bet must be notified immediately.
• You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login details confidential.
• Any unauthorized use of your account must be reported to e3bet support immediately.

2.3 Identity Verification

e3bet reserves the right to verify a user's identity, age, and payment method at any time. Failure to provide the required documents for verification may result in temporary suspension of the account.

3 Financial Transactions — Deposits & Withdrawals

3.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on e3bet is ৳200 (for all methods). Accepted payment methods are:

• bKash — Mobile Banking
• Nagad — Mobile Banking
• Rocket — Mobile Banking
• Bank Transfer — Major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla, BRAC, and Islami Bank

Deposited funds are generally credited to the account instantly. If there is a delay for any reason, please contact the support team.

3.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Approved withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. The withdrawal method must match the deposit method.

3.3 General Rules for Deposits & Withdrawals

• All transactions will be conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).
• Deposits or withdrawals using a third party's account are prohibited.
• In the case of suspicious transactions, e3bet reserves the right to hold funds until an investigation is completed.
• If money laundering or fraud is suspected, the account may be permanently closed.

4 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 120% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000.

• Example 1: ৳1,000 deposit → bonus ৳1,200 → total balance ৳2,200
• Example 2: ৳26,000 deposit → bonus ৳15,000 → total balance ৳41,000

4.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for bonuses is 15 times (15x). Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit and bonus combined.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each user may claim each bonus offer only once.
• Making a withdrawal while a bonus is active will cancel the bonus.
• e3bet reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.
• In the event of a breach of bonus terms, e3bet may forfeit the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Attempting to earn bonuses using multiple accounts will result in all accounts being closed.

5 VIP Program & Loyalty Rewards

e3bet has five VIP tiers. A weekly cashback benefit is available at each tier:

• Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.9% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 1.2% weekly cashback
• Diamond: up to 1.5% weekly cashback

Staying regularly active and continuing to play on the platform makes it possible to reach higher tiers. VIP cashback is automatically credited to your account each week. e3bet reserves the right to modify the terms of VIP benefits.

6 Prohibited Activities

Any of the activities listed below are strictly prohibited on the e3bet platform. Violating these rules will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Operating multiple accounts by the same individual.
• Creating or operating an account using another person's identity.
• Abuse of bonuses or promotional offers (bonus arbitrage).
• Collusion (playing in coordination with other players).
• Use of any kind of cheating or hacking software.
• Money laundering or illegal financial activity.
• Attempting unauthorized access to the platform's systems.
• Providing false or misleading information.

7 Privacy & Data Protection

e3bet gives the highest priority to protecting users' personal information. The platform uses SSL encryption technology to keep all data secure.

8 Responsible Gaming Policy

9 Account Closure & Suspension

9.1 e3bet's Rights

e3bet may suspend or permanently close an account without notice in any of the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.
• Suspicion of fraud or illegal activity.
• Providing false information.
• Extended period of inactivity.

9.2 User Rights

You may request voluntary account closure at any time. Please contact the support team for this. Eligible funds remaining in the balance may be withdrawn before the account is closed; however, this may not apply to accounts closed due to misuse.

10 Limitation of Liability

e3bet makes every effort to operate a safe and reliable platform. However, e3bet is not liable for the following:

• Game losses caused by internet disconnection.
• Problems with the user's own device or network.
• Delays by third-party servers or payment gateways.
• Natural disasters or unforeseen technical failures.
• Financial losses from gaming — as gaming always carries risk.
